Dr. Radhika Rawal grew up in Chicago and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a James Scholar. Immediately following her undergraduate studies, she graduated with her DDS at Indiana University in 2015. She moved to the valley in 2017, and this has been her home ever since! 

Dr. Rawal is known by her patients as being soft-handed and gentle mannered. She has a passion for working with composite, which is a form of artistry in itself. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and Central Arizona Dental Society.

She is a proud momma of a smart and fun 5 year old girl and in her (limited) spare time, enjoys hiking, doing DIY crafts, and visiting her family in Chicago. She is motivated to lead a life of quality, passion, and positivity.

Sarah has been practicing dental hygiene for over 10 years. After spending years in Nevada, and most recently, Oregon, Sarah and her husband chose to move back to Arizona to raise their children near their friends and family. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2-year old and 3-month old daughters, especially outdoors.

Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University. She is known for her patient education skills and extensive periodontal knowledge due to having worked many years in periodontal specialty offices. Her heart remains with general dentistry, as she has a passion for oral and systemic health and is eager to share her expertise in dentistry with all of you! Sarah is also skilled in guided biofilm therapy (GBT), the newest technology in dental hygiene. 

Gaby is our Certified Dental Assistant who joined the team with a passion for patient care and creating positive dental experiences. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2020 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting and earned her national certification in May of 2022. 

Originally from Illinois, she lived in Iowa for 6 years before moving to Arizona in 2023 with her fiancé. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, and relaxing with a good TV show. She enjoys working in general dentistry because it allows her to assist with a variety of procedures and support both the doctor and the patient. Gaby leads with compassion and strives to make every visit as comfortable as possible.

Denise graduated with her Associate's Dental Hygiene Degree in May 2011 from Rio Salado College in Tempe. She has recently finished a degree in holistic nutrition from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, in Tempe AZ to further her understanding of the connection between overall health and oral health. Denise stays up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field to ensure that she can provide personalized care that meets the unique needs of each and every patient. In her free time, Denise enjoys reading about preventive lifestyle, practicing yoga, and cooking for her family. As someone who is passionate about helping people in her community, she finds her work as a dental hygienist to be incredibly fulfilling.  Denise is certified in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and looks forward to providing care to our patients with this state of the art technology.

Dr. Kylin Chen was born and raised in Arizona and is excited to return to the valley after a 3-year stint in Brookyln supporting her husband as he completed a residency program in anesthesia. Dr. Kylin Chen graduated from Calvin College with a double major in Biochemistry and Mandarin. She felt honored to follow in her mother's footsteps attending Loma Linda University School of Dentistry where she earned her DDS in 2018. Patients appreciate Dr. Chen's caring demeanor and attention to detail in the dental setting. She loves the opportunity to work part-time in dentistry while balancing a busy and rewarding 'mom schedule' with her two young daughters.

Haeleigh is a recent graduate of Phoenix College’s Dental Assisting program with big dreams of becoming a dentist. Always eager to learn, Haeleigh is excited to work in general dentistry. She brings positive energy, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine commitment to every patient she serves. Before stepping into the dental field, Haeleigh earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance with a double minor in Biology and Sports Coaching- all while competing as a collegiate volleyball player at the University of Tennessee at Martin. When she’s not in the office, you can find Haeleigh coaching volleyball, hitting the trails for a run or hike, and enjoying time with her family!
