Noemi (Mimi) Round is our RDA licensed chairside assistant and lab technician, who has more than 10 years of experience in aesthetic dentistry. She works closely with Dr. Fleming in a patient centered environment to provide outstanding patient care using her superb technical skills. Mimi obtained her degree from Concorde Career College of San Diego, CA. After performing work that included coronal polishing on children, and other general dental assisting capabilities, she moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1995. She has attended numerous seminars including the renowned Pac-Live seminars. Mimi's interest in the dental field was inspired by her mother, one of the few female dentists of her time. Looking for an opportunity for growth and an ability to express her creativity, Mimi joined Dr. Fleming's state-of-the-art practice in 2006.

Julie has worked in the dental field for over 30 years, in many different capacities. In Dr. Fleming's office, her role is primarily that of office coordinator, specializing in patient relations. Often, Julie will be the first contact you have with the office, and the last when you leave.

Emilee is the newest member of our team, joining our office in 2009. She graduated as a registered dental hygienist from Rio Salado in 2006, with her associate's degree in Applied Science. Her quest for education continues, as she is currently working to complete her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene through NAU. Emilee enjoys her career as a dental hygienist, and hopes to inspire students by becoming a dental hygiene instructor in the future.

Emilee is married with two children, daughter Alexis and son Connor. She likes to run to stay in shape, and enjoys cooking, and spending time with her family.
